In November, the Metro North District* invited internal customers to take the internal SOAR Together survey and rate their satisfaction with the service they’ve received from our branches. We received 228 responses to the question “How easy was it to do business with the branch?” Ratings were on a scale of 1 to 7, where 1 meant “Not easy to work with” and 7 meant “Very easy to work with.”
Metro North scored 6.26 overall. The highest-scoring branches were Shorewood and Brookfield Capitol.
The survey also asked if the respondent wanted to recognize a particular person in the Metro North District, and we received 67 of these employee recognitions. Shorewood received the most, and Bayshore came in second.
It was hard to pick just a few, but these recognitions are representative of all of the great comments we received:
Professionalism is always present. The entire team delivers excellent service.
Shannon Weber of Shorewood really cares about requests made of her and you can count on her to follow through. She is also great to work with and a joy to work with.
Rebecca McCartney and Rosanne Pulvermacher of Brookfield Capitol are very helpful as peer mentors. They have been a great help, answering questions and continuing to use Ask Seymour as a point of reference when assisting others with operational questions. Traci Wood always helps me with a smile.
Jessie Krajcir and Andrew Torke of Sussex always go above and beyond for their customers and make me feel as if I’m part of their branch! They’ll do anything for their co-workers and customers!
We also received 194 comments on the ease of doing business with Metro North branches. Shorewood received the most comments. All comments are being reviewed and action plans put in place to address the feedback where necessary.
These outcomes demonstrate without a doubt how much our branches care for our internal customers. We’re grateful to everyone who completed the Metro North District internal SOAR survey — your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be shared with the entire district.
