In August and September, the North District* invited internal customers to take the internal SOAR Together survey and rate their satisfaction with the service they’ve received from our branches. We received 271 responses to the question “How easy was it to do business with the branch?” Ratings were on a scale of 1 to 7, where 1 meant “Not easy to work with” and 7 meant “Very easy to work with.”
I am proud to announce the North District scored 6.48 overall. The highest-scoring branches were Ashwaubenon with 6.64 and Green Bay East with 6.59.
The survey also asked if the respondent wanted to recognize a particular person in the North District, and we received 106 of these employee recognitions. Allouez received the most (20), and Pulaski came in second (19).
It was hard to pick just a few, but these recognitions are representative of all of the great comments we received:
“I would like to recognize Sturgeon Bay branch manager Becky Kolstad, personal banker Tammy Hendrickson, and teller supervisor Tara Neuville. All three of these ladies are spectacular to work with. They are always on top of their work and very pleasant on the phone. After Becky completed the job shadow in Deposit Services, I feel like she has widened her knowledge of everything we do, which now helps her and her branch. Tammy is always on top of her work and great to work with. Tara — what can I say? It is always very nice talking to her on the phone, and I know she is just waiting for that unexpected Gizmo email from me to brighten her day! All three of these ladies are wonderful and truly a great asset to NSB!”
“Sister Bay assistant branch manager Tiffany Porter provides excellent customer service and looks for ways to assist her customers.”
“Northland personal banker Kelly Kading is an invaluable resource. He always takes time to help me with my questions or to help me come up with solutions for a customer. Very creative banker who cares about his job.”
We also received 185 comments on the ease of doing business with the North District branches. Allouez received the most comments (28).
These outcomes demonstrate without a doubt how much our branches care for our internal customers. We’re grateful to everyone who completed the North District internal SOAR survey — your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be shared with the entire district.
*North District branches are: Allouez, Ashwaubenon, Green Bay East, Green Bay West, Howard-Suamico, Menasha, Northland, Pulaski, Sister Bay, and Sturgeon Bay.
