Survey: South District branches score high on our SOAR standards

By Brian Bozek, District Manager

In February, our internal customers were invited to take the SOAR Together internal survey and rate their satisfaction with the level of service they received from the South District branches.* We received 270 responses to the question “How easy was it to do business with the branch?” Ratings were on a scale of 1 to 7, where 1 meant “Not easy to work with” and 7 meant “Very easy to work with.”

The overall South District score was 6.67, an increase from last year’s 6.38. Further, I am proud to announce that each South District location achieved a score of 6.50 or higher. Leading the way were Oak Creek with a 6.86 and Burlington right behind with a 6.80.

The survey also asked if the respondent wanted to recognize a particular person in the South District, and we received 78 employee recognitions. The branches that led the way with the most name recognitions in February were Regency (12) and Burlington (11).

Additionally, we received many comments relating to the overall experience of working with South District branches. While many were positive, action plans will be put in place where there are improvement opportunities.

Thank you very much for completing this South District survey — your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be shared with the entire South District. We strive daily to achieve the level of service described in this comment:

“Specifically, I would like to recognize the branch manager at Regency, Mary Benz. Throughout my career with North Shore, Mary has always been one person I know I can go to for assistance, or with any question I may have. I do not think I need to tell the company how amazing Mary is as a manager, as I feel it shows in what she is doing day to day in her branch. Mary is a true example of the company’s SOAR model, and I consider myself very lucky to have her as a peer.”

*South District branches are: Burlington, Cudahy, Kenosha Central, Kenosha Main, Kenosha South, Lake in the Hills, McHenry, Northside, Oak Creek, Regency, Union Grove, and Westgate.
