Time really flies! We missed announcing the January and February winners of our SOAR Together and Seymour Salutes awards. Here, at long last, are our winners.

January

And Sturgeon Bay East teller Tiffany Theis is our Rising Star for January. Rising Stars have been with North Shore Bank for less than two years.

February

Pulaski teller Kathi Reinke is our February Rising Star.

Each of our winners will receive Seymour Salute points today.

How did these winners earn this recognition? Here are a couple of examples.

Katie: “You reassured [the customer], and he was extremely impressed that you went a step further to mail him additional articles and information on EMV technology and the safety features of chip cards. You SOARed with this one!”

Martha: “I have reached out to you many times for help with IRAs or HSAs, and you are always so pleasant and helpful. It’s so great to have an expert that is so willing to help. You are appreciated!”

SOAR Together Annual Awards
Thank you to the employees who submitted nominations for 31 employees for our inaugural SOAR Together Awards. Seventeen employees were nominated for Outstanding Service, six for Legacy Leader, and eight for Community Involvement. We will be reviewing the nominations and will announce winners in early April.
