Seymour Salutes

Lisa received a couple of nice comments; here’s one of them: “Lisa, I wanted to thank you again (and your husband) for helping out at the money conference on November 2. I appreciate your willingness to represent North Shore Bank during this community event. It is an important topic, and I feel that being a part of this helps us to better our community. I do understand that you might have worked extra hours to be there, and I sincerely appreciate your help! Thank you!”

Julia received these kudos: “Thanks, Julia, for setting up the new vendor and getting me the check so quickly today! This enabled me to get it sent out for our software purchase so IS can continue to update the computer. You are always so willing to help and are a resource for me and others in the bank when needed. You also worked with us to resolve vendor payment issues this year by setting up the separate email address for us to send them to. Thanks so much — you are the best!”

Rising Stars
Our Rising Stars for November are Milwaukee Capitol teller Anthony Carvajal and Sister Bay universal banker Emily Johnson. Rising Stars have been with North Shore Bank for less than two years.

Anthony received this compliment: “A customer stopped in to tell me that he loves you. Since you have started, I have received several compliments on the way you do your job and treat the customers. Great job! Keep it up!”
