As mentioned last week, new members can sign up for Weight Watchers At Work through the end of this week and get 15 percent off the next 12-week series. That’s a total cost of $132.60, and payroll deduction is available.
Deposit operations rep Orlandrea Lesure has lost 55 pounds since joining Weight Watchers At Work in March of this year. Shorelines asked her to share a little more of her story.
How much weight have you lost?
55 pounds.
When did you start Weight Watchers At Work?
March 2016.
Why did you start Weight Watchers?
I had tried losing weight on my own for years with little success, so I thought I’d try something new.
Why has the program worked for you?
The program has taught me how and how much to eat, as well as helping to hold me accountable each week when I have to weigh in. I also increased my physical activity, and that, paired with the program, helped me see results faster.
What would you tell someone else who was considering Weight Watchers?
If you make the decision that you want to lose weight, but don’t want to restrict yourself from the foods you love, then join Weight Watchers. You will learn how to manage the food you love and still lose weight. The program really does work.
If you’re at Corporate, attend a free meeting tomorrow, Friday, December 9, to get more information. Contact Nancy Hanson if you have questions.
