Sign up by July 16 to take on Nicolet Bank in fitness challenge

Are you up for the challenge? Marketing Coordinator Mary Ott and Mortgage Loan Originator John Rovinski are looking for North Shore Bank employees to take part in a 21-day fitness challenge, competing against employees of Nicolet Bank.

To kick off the 21-day challenge, there will be a Lunch & Learn on “Healthy Eating Habits” at Western Racquet in Green Bay. The presenter will be registered dietitian Deb Guenterberg. Food journals and pedometers will be given to each participant. Details of the challenge will also be revealed!

Participants will take a pretest and a post-test to measure results. You will receive a 21-day free pass to Western Racquet & Fitness Club during the challenge and a one-hour free personal training session. During the challenge, Western Racquet will also offer free group fitness demonstrations and activity/exercise tracking cards, and will host a challenge party after the 21 days are complete!

There is room for 30 participants, and we have nine so far. Employees from any branch can participate, but the fitness club is in Green Bay.

Points will be awarded for various activities throughout the challenge. The challenge will be based on a point system for activity — not weight loss! There is no cost to participate, so contact Lynn Jack at ljack@northshorebank.com by July 16 to sign up.
