Howard-Suamico staff traveled to Chicago on November 12 for a day of to celebrate hitting 150 percent of their annual checking goal for the fiscal year that ended on September 30.

“The branch hit 150.49% of their annual goal,” reported district manager Kerri Collins. “In the last month of the year, they hit 313 percent of their monthly checking goal. They fully capitalized on bank promos, TAF conversations, inbound and outbound calls, and mentions and referrals.” Kerri added that branch manager Tavie Folk was “amazed that they surpassed the challenge.”

While Howard staff visited the Shedd Aquarium, ate, enjoyed Michigan Avenue, and shopped — including buying ugly Christmas sweaters to herald the holiday season — employees from Branch Administration and Green Bay West assistant manager Hali Thompson covered things at the office. “No one had to stay behind,” said branch operations manager Tricia Cravillion.
