WBA honors 14 employees with Lifetime Service Awards

Last week, the Wisconsin Bankers Association recognized 14 North Shore Bank employees with Lifetime Service Awards. This honor is reserved for people who have worked in the Wisconsin banking industry for over 30 years.

“We are incredibly proud to have so many employees recognized by the WBA for their long-standing commitment to both North Shore Bank and the vital work performed by the banking industry,” SVP HR/compliance Molly Schissler said. “It’s a testament to the bank and the industry that these employees have continued to serve their customers so well for so many years. Congratulations to all of our Lifetime Service Award winners — we all benefit from your experience and dedication.”

“I am truly honored to receive this award,” mortgage servicing specialist Diane Bahringer said. “Over the years, I have been blessed to have worked with and been mentored by a great number of very exceptional fellow bankers. I am very appreciative and truly grateful for the many opportunities I have enjoyed in the industry. My most sincere thank you to Layton State Bank, North Shore Bank, and the WBA. Thanks so much, everyone!”

“It is nice to be recognized,” process risk analyst Ron Olson said. “I am proud to be a part of North Shore Bank and this industry. But I credit my success to everyone I have worked with over the years. They have made my career enjoyable and kept the job interesting and challenging.”

Commercial loan servicing analyst Kathy Tetzlaff said, “It has been a honor to be recognized for my 36 years of dedication to North Shore Bank. Along with that, I’m grateful to the many people I have encountered in my years of banking who have supported me in my career.”

“I am honored to receive this award, alongside many of the peers I have worked with for more than 30 years,” district manager Kerri Collins said. “I feel fortunate to have had them on my journey to help me learn and grow throughout the years.”

“What an honor to receive this recognition from the Wisconsin Bankers Association,” VP branch operations manager Tricia Cravillion said. “My time in banking has been so fulfilling — I can honestly say I still learn new things every day and love it!”

“That was certainly quite the surprise!” said project manager Pat Ingelse. “Who knew 38 years would go this quickly? I am very fortunate to work in an industry that encourages both personal and professional growth. North Shore Bank has certainly been a key part of that, and I am so appreciative. And holy cow, I’m old!”

“I sincerely appreciate the Lifetime Service Award for 40 years in banking,” mortgage collection manager Connie Hagen said. “I am lucky to have spent 32 years of that banking experience at North Shore Bank. I enjoy my job today just as much as I did when I first started. My co-workers and the people I have surrounded myself with have added to the joy I find in each day. Thank you.”

“I have spent the last 32 years with North Shore Bank, of a 40-year career in banking,” consumer credit collections manager Jerry Harmann said. “It has been rewarding and a pleasure to work with so many internal and external customers over this time. I am glad to see banking remains a high-relationship-based industry serving the needs of others. It is an honor to be recognized for playing a small part in this.”

“I am honored, and what I’m most appreciative of is that I have spent my whole career with North Shore Bank,” district manager Lauri Lunde said. “North Shore is like a family, and the mission of the bank is exactly what I feel a bank’s mission should be: helping customers fulfill their dreams. I feel blessed to work at North Shore.”

“I am privileged to have worked 38½ of my 42 years in banking at North Shore Bank,” VP security/payments manager Lyneen Fischer said. “I have found many mentors, wonderful colleagues, and lifetime friendships over the years. Banking is ever-evolving and is a career for everyone! Thank you to the WBA for recognizing the achievements in our industry.”

Area manager Mickey Adams, Southwest branch manager Joline Lazarski, and data analyst Beth Williams also received Lifetime Service Awards from the WBA. Congratulations to all 14 of North Shore Bank’s award recipients — we appreciate everything you bring to the bank every day.
