Let yourself settle into that much-deserved rest at the end of your day. Really let yourself fade into the rhythms of the evening, whether that’s chopping veggies, folding laundry, or listening to good music. Release the tension that lives between your eyebrows and just merge with your surroundings.
Try this meditation for one minute every day, or longer if you want to:
EXHALE WORRY and tension. Inhale calm and relaxation. Let confusion dissolve, and bring your awareness to your center.
