Listening skills huddle inspires employees’ LEGO creativity

Teller Karen Pofahl shares the LEGO creation from the Brookfield Square branch.

In early March, we began the DOs and DON’Ts of Customer Communication series across the bank. This training module focuses on building positive customer relationships, one customer and co-worker at a time, using our SOAR principles and possibility thinking.  Monthly team huddles are being held to debrief what is learned.

This month, Huddle 2, focused on listening skills. We also learned about a LEGO customer experience story. At the end, teams are encouraged to build their own LEGO figures for fun. 03313 Thank you to Stephanie Ruiz and the Muskego branch for being the first to share your creations!

At the Germantown branch, Area Manager Erica Hughes and Lead Teller Nic Rodiez enjoyed making their creations. “Creating figures with LEGOs is a wonderful way to unleash your creativity,” Erica said.

The Germantown branch made a man in a hat and a creative animal figure.

The Muskego branch made a penguin sitting on a chair and a duck.

The Westgate branch in Racine was inspired by Seymour.

The Consumer and Commercial Loan Administration teams at the corporate office took advantage of some additional LEGO bricks supplied by Nicole Daniels to make a pair of robots.

The Cudahy branch made a LEGO man.
